With Both kids now in school, myslef and Faye thought wed get a pre work bike ride in. Great to see the mrs back on the bike, after a lot of years, she coped well with a 9 mile loop of Pennal woods. Only one single track to keep it simple, and a fast blast down the steep side of the fire track, which was a nice change. The rear suspension on the G/F is the best Ive tried, supper smooth, awesome! Great sunny weather and got to work for 10.30am. perfect
